Meghan Ozaroski

Meghan Ozaroski is the Director of Global Collaboration at the Buffett Institute. In this role she develops strategic international partnerships with global universities committed to impactful collaboration and ethical engagement. Meghan has been at Buffett since 2008, where she has had a number of distinct roles. In 2019–2020, she was a key organizer for the Northwestern University Global Strategic Plan, helping engage over 200 Northwestern faculty, administrators, students and global partners in the creation of the strategy. For about 10 years, Meghan worked with Northwestern’s award-winning Global Engagement Studies Institute (GESI). Meghan has been in a leadership role with the U7+ Alliance of World Universities since 2020. She helped lead the coordination of the 2020 U7+ Presidential Summit, hosted by Northwestern and worked closely with students and university partners around the world to launch the U7+ student programming, including the Worldwide Student Forums, Challenges and Intergenerational Roundtables. From 2021–2024, Meghan provided leadership in the Alliance by working to fulfill Northwestern’s duties as Secretariat, helping to coordinate high-level Alliance events in Africa, Asia, Europe and online.
