Hathaway, the Gerard C. and Bernice Latrobe Smith Professor of International Law at Yale Law School, in conversation with Annelise Riles, Executive Director of the Northwestern Buffett Institute. Yevgeniy Drobot, Deputy Consul General of Ukraine in Chicago, also gave remarks.
