G7/G20 Solutions through Inclusivity Summit: Panel Discussion on Humane AI

The growth of artificial intelligence in every sector continues to raise new ethical challenges and transform our societies in unprecedented ways.  How should we think about the costs and benefits of artificial intelligence, as well as the ethical dilemmas it raises? What role can universities play in coordinating solutions? In November 2021, Northwestern Buffett Executive Director Annelise Riles led a panel discussion with colleagues from across sectors and geographies on artificial intelligence and digital innovation principles across borders of all kinds.  The panel was part of the 2021 G7/G20 Solutions through Inclusivity Summit, hosted by the Group of Nations.
