Jillian Ware
Jill Ware is the Assistant Director of Business Operations at the Buffett Institute. In this role, she leads the business team’s day-to-day operations, oversees financial processes and transactions and serves as the primary liaison for human resources-related matters. Previously, Jill served as Buffett’s financial assistant, where she supported operations, various programs and several interdisciplinary faculty groups and graduate student research and events. Jill graduated from Northeastern Illinois University and has been at Buffett since 2015. In her free time, she enjoys snowboarding, cooking, hiking, exploring new places, being active (swimming, pickleball and rock climbing) and wine.
