  • Dissertation: "Deportation Law and Possibilities for Democratic Citizenship," a comparative reading of the concept of 'deportation' in works by Immanuel Kant, Jeremy Bentham and Hannah Arendt, as well as an analysis of the legal concepts in contemporary immigration jurisprudence that enable current deportation practices, including 'sovereignty,' 'punishment,' and 'citizenship.'
