At our talks and seminars, you’ll meet colleagues in other departments and schools as well as learn about cutting-edge scholarship across the disciplines. We also offer a range of funding opportunities. Our aim is to help you build international, interdisciplinary networks that will support you during graduate school and beyond.
The Buffett Institute has launched a set of new graduate funding opportunities for PhD students whose research focuses on the world outside the contiguous or continental United States. Applications open in mid-February and are due on March 24, 2024. The Buffett Institute also organizes Northwestern's annual Fulbright Week.
